An April Wedding
Wedding season officially kicked off the first week of April when Katie and Erik said their vows outside at the Sylvania Country Club. Yes, outside~IN APRIL! It was a beautiful and intimate wedding, with a total of 40 guests. How perfect. They had one, long, tuscan-styled table at the reception and the flowers were provided by Loden Floral Design and they were nothing short of lovely. Their DJ and on-point entertainer was none other than Low Simmons! He was an old friend of Erik's and he BROUGHT the party! Katie's daughters made their own special entrance on their hover boards at the reception and made us all laugh throughout the day (especially during Erik's thank you speech) ha!
If you are on the fence about a wedding in April, consider that the daffodils will be in BLOOM! Katie and Erik-it's official! I'm so happy for you both!
